The perfect cocktail to celebrate May the Fourth!

What better way to celebrate May the Fourth than with these adorable Grogu cocktails?!

All you need is 60ml of Vodka (remember Liquor Boss has all your favourite's), 30ml of fresh lime juice, 15ml of demerara sugar syrup (To make demerara sugar syrup mix equal parts demerara sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil whilst stirring, once sugar has dissolved take of heat and allow to cool before refrigerating) and 1 peeled Kiwi. 

Firstly place your kiwi in the bottom of the cocktail shaker and muddle till you get a puree consistency, add the vodka, syrup and lime juice and fill with ice. Shake it till cold and strain into a glass!  

To decorate, cut a small slice into 2 lime wedges at 1/4 intervals and place them on opposite sides of your glass. Place two black olives (or cocktail cherries if you prefer) on a skewer and place on top of your glass, lastly wrap a small cut of burlap around the glass for Grogu's clothes. 

Lastly pop on your favourite Star Wars movie and enjoy!
