Parking Information
Canberra Outlet offers free underground carparking accessible from Iron Knob street and Newcastle street. The carpark is accessible daily from 7am until 6:30pm. The carpark is free of charge giving you even more reason to visit. Lift access from the carpark is located near the Food Court and Premium Mall, with a travelator located at the Supergrocer entry.

Parents Room
Our parents room facilities are located near the Food Court in the bathroom corridor next to the purple entry escalator as well as in the Homemaker Hub. Each parent’s room has changing facilities, breastfeeding rooms, microwave and a book nook.
Lost Property
If you have lost an item in the Centre, please contact 02 6112 6222. We request that any property lost inside a store is handed to Centre Management. Where possible we will contact you regarding your lost item.
