Balmy days, beach hangs and catching up with friends by the pool are some of our fav things about Summer. To celebrate the arrival of an early summer (and hopefully the end of La Nina), we’ve launched our NEW Summer Salad Platters; available for your next event! Whether you’re the host or a guest not wanting to turn up empty-handed, our Salads are the perfect addition to every Summer event.

• Creamy Pasta: Who doesn’t love a good pasta salad? A delicious vegetarian favourite made with penne pasta, creamy Chilli Mayo garnished with red capsicum and red onion. Best enjoyed alongside a yummy BBQ!
• Garden Salad: Looking for the ultimate summer crowd pleaser? Our Garden Salad is gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan! Add your favourite dressing to our delicious mix of avocado, tomato, cucumber, sun dried tomato, red capsicum, red onion tossed in leafy mixed greens.
• Slaw: Everyone needs a GREAT slaw in their life. Whether it’s on the side or serving on a mouth-wateringly good burger, we’ve got you covered. Made using a vibrant mix of shredded purple cabbage & Chinese cabbage, grated carrot & kale.
• Plant-Based Schnitzel Pasta: You asked, we answered! It’s time for a vegetarian spin on our popular Crumbed Chicken Pasta Salad. Made with penne pasta with our zingy Chilli Mayo, topped with plant-based schnitzel, red onion and red capsicum.
