Mental Health Month is celebrated each year in the month of October. This month encourages us to think about our mental health and wellbeing.
We have compiled a list of resources that can assist you if you or someone you know requires support.
MindMap is a portal for Australian youth aged between 0 and 25, it is perfect for parents of children or young adults who are trying to navigate the mental health system. MindMap provides an array of services in the one place for all different needs.
Lifeline is Australia's leading suicide prevention service. A national charity that provides 24 hour support to those that need it most. You can contact them on 13 11 14, or chat to them online.
Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to youth ages 12 to 25.
