Canberra Outlet will be celebrating the Annual Cherry Blossom Festival between the 18th of April and the 13th of May!

The Japanese Cherry Blossom Festival also known as Sakura, signifies the beginning of Spring, however the celebration of the festival itself is called Hanami, which translates to ‘the viewing of flowers’.

This Festival is a celebration of the beauty of nature, seeing locals gather together for food, drinks and songs under the flowers while they bloom. The Cherry Blossom symbolizes renewal and hope and has long been used as an emblem of Japan’s beautiful landscape.
